its that time again, i have my emissions due. 2 years ago i had a stock car and it passed no problem. now i have a 12 second substaintially altered car which will not pass. i have no evap moule, also no downstream o2 sensor. i had the codes turned off in hptuners thinking i could slide by with that but they ran the monitors and it came up as incomplete. is there anyway that i could set up the DTC's to pass?

You have to set the right DTC codes to No Error Report. That will then set the readiness state.
