I am looking for a tuner for my 99 supercharger z24 2.4 ld9 cavalier. It will be done soon. And I'm looking for either someone to tune it or someone to sell me a tuning system. I was told u can't reflash the ecu on a 99 so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

scratch that. lol went ahead and bought an hp tuner just because im getting tired of waiting for everything to come together lol was wondering if anyone had any info on what the best tune settings for afr, timing, ect ect all that fun stuff for a supercharged 2.4 anything would be great.

John Higgins would be the best to ask about it. I know he tuned his buddies 99Z with he m45.

You can put the re-flash from the 00-02 LD9s on your car, but you will lose some gauges, and have random lights on, on the dash. A few people have ran the re-lash on their 99s. I know you can re-pin the engine harness to regain the use of the stock tack, but I think your coolant gauge and a few others will not work.


Also, you could just tune the 99 with HPTuners. That is what most people, and I believe John did.

Mike you also have the tune I did for Darrens 99 Z24 Supercharged...

I wouldn't recommend the 2000+ SC reflash personally as you will lose some of your gauges.
