Has anyone received this error "Invalid vin/os pair" when attempting to use HPTuners for the first time on their vcm?? Because of this error I was unable to proceed with reading the vcm. I have e-mailed support at hpt, I'm just curious if i am an anomaly or not.
you have to email hp tuners...mine did the same when i first tried send them ur vcm suite info and let them know what problem ur having they should get back to u tomorrow.

u have to email HP tuners bc ur OS prolly isnt in the system yet they gotta add it to the download. the DL they send u will work.
