hey . i recieved the hptuners kit tuesday and i did everything needed to start . but when i load the car it says definition not found or somethin . i emails hptuners twice since tuesday and no reply . i'm beginning to think i wasted my money on this programmer.... can anyone else help me ?

So far, none of the 3 cars our cable has connected to were working the 1st try, but after emailing Chris the calibration file, it was up and going a few days later. I've been very impressed with the speed and quality of the technical support this company provides, you can't expect everything to work 1st try, and no other company has been willing to touch J-tuning thus far. Assuming you sent all the relevent info, you should be able to download the newest version of the software, and be up and running in no time. It's well worth the wait.

I had this happen as well, all they needed to do was add my car to the calibrations and voila it worked perfect. Chris will get back to you, he is fantastic and trust me be patient, this software is incredible. My car has woken up a ton and now runs like stock. Best mod ive ever done, well besides the supercharger

ok email him the calibration ?? what do yall mean by this . i emailed him the hptuners file about my car . is that the right thing?? if not then what do i do .
oh and on the desktop i have the 2.1.12 version on the laptop i have the 2.1.10 ... i been trying to tttune from the laptop .. is that a problem?
ok i just downloaded the 2.1.12 version on the laptop .. still the same thing . no definition or somethin .. what else do i do shifted?????
