Can I buy senders like this CLICK ME and wire it as a input on hptuners so that i dont have to buy the 50/60 dollar autometer gauge? in hptuners i can put the voltage range and the temp measuring range right?

Nope, HPT needs a 0-5v input, one wire senders work with resistance.
