I have an ecu that i want to use to make a custom tune for my SC eco. Im going to remove the ecu that has the GM reflash and start from scratch. Problem is my car has a 2003 ecotec with abs but the replacement ecu came from a car with NO abs. Will it be an issue or is there someting I can do with HPT to help?

only thing i can see being an issue is that your ABS may not work but that shouldnt keep you from running the motor

I always thought you'd have to find an ecu off a car identical....err when it was stock to yours.
