Ok, I have the gm supercharger on my car, and I got the gm reflash for it, then I read about how it can't be tuned and all that stuff. Well the guy that put the reflash on my car is actually good friends with my dad, if he is using the gm program would he be able to retune it or do anything to it or would I have to get a new pcm to be able to tune it ourselves with hptuners...
