I'm a little confused as to whats going on hopefully someone can explain. First of all, I am running the Hahn Stage II kit about 14psi. Installed my wideband o2 today - Ran the car through 2nd and 3rd gear. EGTs were sky high (1550-1600+) but my wideband was reading 11.8 . I thought high EGTS meant lean? Do I adjust for more fuel or?

Exactly. Also is your wideband set-up correctly? I would consider playing with the tuning and seeing what happens to the EGTs and the AFR's.
