Did a search and nothing comes up. I remember somebody a while back used the programmable unit and can't remember who it was. But anyway, does anybody use this msd unit and what did they think of it?? I'm pretty much finished my build and having a hard time deciding on what fuel and timing tuning route I should go.

what kind of tuning are you looking for ?? the msd boxes wont change your factory rev limiter b/c they use the factory signal but if you run a Msd box using Megasquirt you can get rid of rev limiters from the factory and make your own. megasquirt 2 or MSNSE on megasquirt one can both do fuel and spark you can keep your factory computer to control a/c and stuff like that. other wise there is HPT that you can tune ignition and fuel and all/or most of the stuff that the factory computer controls and tuning is done through OBD2 scan port but the fuel is alpha N (rpm vs tps) and there is no real time with HPT but it does have its place.
