I wanted to run 20psi once i get hptuners and a bigger turbo. but with the resolution being so low, while faking a 3bar, is it too hard to tune.

get port fueler and use in conjuction with HP tuners, or Megasquirt or a standalone, HP tuners alone wont do the job correctly

20psi is alot, spyhntr just made like 430hp on 16psi, are you sure your engine can handle that much boost, and do you need that much boost to reach your power goals?

Im not sure. ill be useing a t3/t4 t04e 57trim. ill push 15psi with a fake 2 bar. and see what ill get. but yea im pretty confident in my engine handleing it. of course i will do more internall work before i push 20 on that turbo. and i think thats the 2.4.

That's not to say they are using the same turbo, have the same valvetrain, same compression ratio, or the same intercooler for that matter. Psi is NOT relative!

Nor are they using the same motor either. Spyhntr made it on the ld9 (2.4L). CAVI.DEMON has the ln2 (2200). That is a HUGE difference right there.
