hey I need all the help I can get on installing my emanage any pics or instructions out there that would help me at all would be extremely appreciative.. anyways I have an 02 2200 and want to know if anyone else out there has one installed on there 2200's and if so could you give me some pics or some sort of help??

just got done ripping one out of a 2001 2200 Turbo..... I'm assuming you need a wiring diagram????

I think I have a copy of it loaded on my other computer.. If not, I can atleast get you a schematic and you should be able to figure it out from there...

Sorry I have not put up a diagram yet. I got really busy with some customers cars and now am out of state for a few days.(Best friend back home had his Newborn son pass..) When I get back to STL, I'll try to post up the info. Please be patient, not trying to delay, just need to be here for for support....

i'm sure u have your reasons for using a e manage but my hpt was real easy to install.

What the whole tach adapter thing all about??

never mind about the tach adapter but I started to install the emanage yesterday when I realized that my car may have the 2200 in it but an ecu for an ecotec... I dont know how it works but it came that way from the factory , every wire in the diagram for an ecotec and pin # on mine lined up and matched perfect. the only wire in the whole diagram that didnt match was the pcm ground wire I found a brown and white one on connnector 1 but if youve ever heard of this happening(2200 w/ eco ecu) tell me and anyways after I got all the wiring done last night I tried to start it up but it would not fire... So I reversed the ignition wires and It would turn over and fire but not stay running even for a few seconds. Also when my ignition is in the on position the active light is green and steady but the interaction light is also lit up orange.... what do you think???

I think you should scrap the Emanage and get HPT(or find somebody that can tune it for you).... Matter of fact, what mods do you even have that would need the support of an Emanage????

So far... not much I have straightpipe, WAI, Throttle body spacer and I just wanted to get used to emanage before I turboed it which I'm doing this summer. and from what I read on forums you cant hptune a 2200 for boost.

you are way misinformed on that.... I have tuned quite a few including my own.... Much better tuning than the Emanage. Matter of fact, I just removed an Emanage on a 2200 turbo and tuned it with HPT for a customer/friend of mine. The biggest problem is too many people buy this program and do NOT know what they are doing or how to use it properly.

oh about those rotary switches on the back of the emanage I don tknow whether or not you personally have used or worked on a emanage but the initial install you have to remove the back cover and setup the 5 rotary switches to your car how do you do the iginition (pull down and 5V ones)

more than likely you will have to set it up. I have one at home that is setup with all the correct setting for a 2200.. I wont be home for a few hours, but I can post it if I get a chance later tonight.. You should be able to find it in the link above though...

hey thanks for all the help but I got it hooked up yesterday and running strong. I found out in 2002 they came out with different smaller ecus with different connectors so I made my own wiring diagram and went from there...
