Nokya Arctic White? is definitely bluish. Not the best for visibility I must say.
Best all around? Silverstar by far.

i have street glow optix and they are much better than the silverstars I had, i was not impressed with them as much as they got hyped up on here to begin with. They have a good blue tint, and also put out alot of light. <br>
i agree, i've seen a cavy and a dub w/ silverstars, and honestly, i wasn't impressed. <br>

where can you get the street glow optix's? i haven't seen them at my local adavance auto
another place to check although expensive is www.motionr.com, go downteh the ones taht are either the spark blue orthe 6000k ones. I had the 6k ones before i jus got my HIDs, although im now partial to HIDs i didnt mind those motionr ones <br>

Wal-Mart, Parts America, Autozone, and pretty much any other retailer out there. They are made by Sylvania.
pepboys autozone ect...but like most have said silverstars arnt that impressive, especially for the price, i myself like the eurolites also....nice bright an crisp white...
