I am going to install the hinges next week but my question is for the people who already have them. How do you lift them up when getting out of your ride? I cant picture an area of the door panel to grab onto to lift up the door? lol......maybe a silly question but just wondering.

Most of them open normal then up. Do you have those? If not, I don't know...wait for some others to respond

Yes....I am getting the ones that open normally (first knotch) then they can swing up.

I used the bottom of the plastic piece on the door.

Its tough though while still in the car, for the girlfriend anyways.

The Speedway Performance doors have to be held down til they clear the guide. After that, they lift themselves and I use the bottom of the door...

trust me, you aren't going to have a hard time opening or closing the doors when you're in the car.

If you do however, get the electric set.
