Does anyone know how to get ahold of them ?
I have tired calling the number many times but all I get is the answering machine
I have tired e-mail 5 or 6 times (no answer)
I need/want to know is if the got my order and about how long on shipping.
Has anyone bought anything from them lately, if so how was the shipping time and customer service..
I have read nothing but good things about them but I have have seen any of it for my self
any information would help alot

The number on there web site is a fax number. shipping they say usely takes 1 -3 weeks after they reciver there payment but i placed my order over 2 and a half months ago and just got tracking number yesterday

And there is a number on there to call but everytime i call its a answer machine.

you ordered 2 days ago and you have since left them several e-mails and have called 5-6 times? holy crap. have a little patience. you'll get your stuff, just chill out.
I thought I was impatient.
It's only been two days, your stuff will arrive. ECC is a pretty solid company I strongly doubt they would try to pull a fast one on you.

I ordered from them back in December. Very prompt with their emails and updates. Took maybe a week and half to get my hood shipped out. I had a good experience with them.

I ordered a hood from them a week ago and send a email to confirm my payment got to them. However no one has replied yet. They are a good company so i am not worried yet.
i ordered my old urethane drift front and the bomex sides ive got now as well from ecc. very good company. i never received a tracking number from them, but i did however get the stuff in like less tahn two weeks. very good company

Maybe I should have been alittle more clear.
I was just calling to make sure they got my payment....Don called my cell phone at about 8:30 while I was at work and told me everything is on schedule and the bumper should be shipped out tomorrow or Mon. at the latest and I should have it by Fri. at the latest.
I must say that everything that i have read about them is true.
GREAT company and customer service.

obviously you were worried about shipping. Be a little more patient next time. Glad everything else worked out, but its just as bad as you calling and emailing them all the time (especially only after 2 days) than the company not responding in a timely manner. It works both ways.
