Hey guys. Just wondering how hard it would be to install a sunroof in a 2000 sunfire. Are they real expensive and will they leak?
depends on if u want a cheap pop or the electric ones ..

loko at about 500-600 for a good electric one installed. thats what i was quoted.

thats about right , no less than 300 for even a non electric one, research the place doing it the install is the most important aspect of adding one and if they screw it up you will have problems for a very very long time

Hey man, im gonna be doing this hopefully in March or early april. I went to a place around me and I got quoted 800 for the sunroof and install and its comes with a 5 year warranty against everything... I mean its another one of those things where you get what you pay for I believe. Oh yea sorry thats electric, and the only problem i will have it with my dome light, which i will probably get rid of and get a rear view mirror with lights on it to replace it, but just search around and you will find something...

it does depend on where you live too... some places will charge upwards to $1200, while others will only charge $400. plus it depends on the quality of the shop.
Got mine for $250 with a lifetime warranty and I love it, hasn't leaked a drop in 4 years
i have my electric factory roof if anyone needs it
