getting a hood to fit perfect

i just got a new cf hood and when i put it on the front passenger side was up a little. I tried puting a washer under the front fender bolt, that helped a little but made a gap between the fender and the corner light. I also trued putting washers under the hood hinge bolt on the driver side, that also helped a little. Is there any other ways adjust it to fit better.

Mess around with the hood latch, and the 2 bolts on each of the hood hinges.

never thought about the latch, tha might work. Can it be lowered so the hood closes more?
