im about to primer my body kit and i was wondering about the mix ratio
my primer has a 4 to 1
but i also wanted to add a flex agent to the hardener would that change my ratio and if it did what would it be? or would i just put 4 of the primer and .5 of hardener and .5 flex agn. that doesnt seem right to me
thanks for any help
good question, i too shall wait for answers.....
LOL thanks Jnick i got all excited lol o well still waiting
why would you add flex addative? that's a fiberglass kit isn't it? in which case, you don't need any flex addative when you paint it.
yeah u douche! get ur stuff str8. let's see if people would agree...3.5 to 1.5 to .5. god streaker get ur head out of ur ass! just kidding!!!!! just close ur eyes and just mix in whatever amount. hurry up and primer already let's go! JUST DOO IITTT!!!
Tila Tequila? PPSSSSSHHH she's got nothing on me, except i'm not a porn star. and that's ok.

ummmmmmm i know in ppg ncp 271 can not be flexed
sealer can ...but not primer
no need to flex primer not for a f/b glass kit if it was plastic then i would say ya you have too
but if you want to it`s not goin to hurt ppg dbc system ratio flexed sealer is 2;1;1
now you flex sealer clear has to be flexed as well
dcu 2042 or dcu 2021 ratio is 4;1;2;2
base coat never never gets flex agent in it because base coat is flexable already
i forgot the ratio`s for ICI AND SPIES HECKER
hope that helped
can i haz bondo
Just mix 4:1 regularly. A flex agent will not harm anything by adding it in... just mix how you're supposed to, THEN add the flex agent. If it says Mix 4:1 that's how you're supposed to mix it... not mixing it correctly can cause problems.
