Where is the best place to buy a 2003 and up LS back bumper? Oh and will there be a big problem to fit it on a 97 cavalier??

Ebay or the classifieds is going to be the cheapest. No real problem fitting it on, other than you'll have to remove the rear 1/4 panel filler plates (couple screws).
