What is the best thing to use? I'm gonna do it when the snow stops then buff out any scratches and wax with mothers pure carnuba wax..

you can use dishsoap.
also , any Clay Bar system will strip wax off your finish too (it's also better for your paint)
Kinda of a dumb question but what kind of dishsoap? Theres about a million different kinds. I didn't know it would remove wax completly.
