ok so im looking to buy fenders and i came across either fiberglass or fibergloss fenders???

It might bea type of gel coat like aerogear uses on all there products just makes it eaiser to paint and they cant call it gel coat cause aerogear has it copyrighted

Thats awful cheap for fenders would worry about fitment issues rather than the fibergloss or whatever it is.
