Just put the front bumper on, then look at how the front half of the plastic fender liner doesn't quite fit. Just trim it up with a utility knife. 10 minutes max. Or you could just get the Z24 front liners and have the right fit. Other than this issue, direct swap. Rear is direct swap. Side skirts require holes along the rocker for the clips that snap in, and a row of holes along the bottom of the car for the screws that hold the brace. Swapping the whole kit out should take you no more than an hour and a half to two hours if you have the right tools. Very simple swap.
BTW, if you need a kit, I am selling mine.

There are no lips. The bumpers themselves are lower. Besides, it's easier to swap the base model bumper out for the Z24 bumper than it is to install a lip. Seriously, it's a very easy job.
The trimming we're refering to is the fender liners. You basicly just need to trim off the lower lip that runs under your factory bumper. If you look at your wheel wells, you will notice that they are two pieces: front half and rear half. You will also notice that the front half runs under the bumper, and has a lip that matches up to the deflector under the middle of the bumper. This part of the wheel well liner is what needs to be trimmed, because it runs into the Z24 bumper.
