I just recently bought a 2005 Black LS Sport and was wondering if I should change the tail lamp setup back to the original way? I don't hate it necessarily, but was wondering if I should purchase the bezel from RKSport, and then throw in the tail lamps. And if I do that, should I go chrome or darker?
All I got is a 2.2.... stock.... but you don't see me losin much!!!!!
Chrome + black = nice on some things, but not sport compacts. That's my opinion though. If you're going to get the cf filler panel, it would look far better to get the cf tails.

personally, i don't like the look of fake carbon fiber... especially right next to real carbon fiber. i'd get black tails or 95-02 stock outters. that would look hot too.
i saw an 03 cavy with the carbon fiber bezel but he had toyota cavalier tailights it looked really good, if i were you that is what i would look into doing with it, the RKsport filler piece looks pretty sick

Anyone think that if I purcahsed that and then painted over it black it would be better? Cuz i necissarily dont want that carbon fiber goin all the way along the trunk with no other CF things to accent it on my car. What everyone think?

id ask yourself "do you want to spend the extra money for the c/f?" the painted black looks good. ive got a sunfire, but ive got the c/f bezel and the black tails. i beleive that this option looks better on my car...imo.
id save the 130.00 and paint it black if i was you. here are my pix.

i have a 4 door sunfire-white. I am gonna buy the RKsport cf bezel, and Some TYC Cavalier Tails. Question is ... the tails-chrome or cf, the bezel...... black,white, or cf?
^^^ mine is the stock one just painted black. i say thats the way to go no matter what color your car is. its just cheaper imo and if you dont have any other carbon fiber, the bezel just looks out of place. but joshua's looks good too though so its really just a matter of choice
another option is find a older cavalier trunk and put that on your car.
Check out 03bluesplash his is arrival blue and painted. and 03summit cavi has painted white taillamps.
