If you just want the outers, I have been debating selling mine.
Or you could look up the toyota tails part numbers and order then new, but they are going to be like higher then you might want to pay. Good luck trying to find them. They are not sold in any stores other then ebay and street-line like said above. Just remember if you do get them you also have to do some wiring to get them to work right due to they have a turn single in there different from the stock one.
I tryed gm parts direct recently. (feb-march)
Waited over a month, no word so I cancelled.
Ordered a set about this time last year and took less than two weks to et to me.
So they may not be made anymore.

I remember from GM parts direct it took a while to get mine but i got it. As the order said it was special order. Also GM parts direct send you and e-mail which you have to reply to. The e-mail lets you know that the part you are ordering is not a US part and you can not return it once bought.
