What all is needed to do a 01 headlight on a 95?
Front bumper, headlights, corners, headlight harness, fenders
--u can use the fenders u have now u just have to cut the bracket off that holds the corner on.
--if u have a body kit bumper a glass one u can trim the bumper so the headlights will fit.

you do not need to change your front bumper unless you want to... however, if you want to keep your stock bumper, you're gonna have to cut away the area under your headlights to make room for the larger 2000+ headlights. pretty simple if you have a dremel.
as far as the fenders, there's a small bracket on your fenders that will need to be trimmed off, it's there to hold the 95-99 corner lights in, but since the 2000+ corner lights mount with the headlights, that bracket is just in the way.
there's wiring instructions for the headlights somewhere on here, im sure you will be able to find them if you search.
