YET another CHIN WAH post

well i bought a set of chin wah lambos off redrum....lord what an ordeal
install time 2 hours hahahahaha what a joke that is. I'm not an idiot when it comes to cars but jeez it took 7 hours to put those ****ers on. Nothin about having to remove the hood and the head lights and part of the front bumper and all the hidden freakin bolts
GM sucks..lol anyways i finally got them all on and they worked great. Like the other post they are a little tough to pull down, i found that opening the window helps to have something to hold on to. Fast forward 2 weeks to yesterday i'm leaving work after a freakin greuling 16 hour shift all i want to do is go home and sleep. OOOOHHHH NOOOOOO cant just do that. I get to my car hear the chirp of my alarm turning off and the door unlocking i open the door and half way up i hear a crack.....my door comes crashing down, but thanks to my cat like speed and reflexs i caught it before anything bad happened. The strut broke right at the part where it screws into the "L" bracket.
Well now its impossible to get in and out on the drivers side so i look like some retard climbing in and out of the passenger side. Conclusion: Redrum is sending me new stuff Moral: you get what you pay for

forget going in your passenger side. the cool thing to do is do it stock car style and jump in your drivers window

But anyways, that sucks about the doors.

hmmm, for some reason i want to say VDI and Chin Wah use the same shocks. Now if that was a $3,000 set of lambo hinges would you be saying the same thing?

Beat it like it owes you money

sometimes u just get a bad strut, happened to me.

Most know that you have to remove bumper hood headlights in order to remove the fender, but 2 hrs is for sure pushing it, maybe if you had everything off already.

I took my hood off and took all bolts holding fenders on out and me and my friend took the whole front off while it was still attached and put everything back as one piece, probably saved about twenty minutes but hey IT WAS RAINING OUT, project still only took about 4 hrs.
