Wll after almost a year of sitting under my bed the last neon finally was put on last night. Anyways, I got it all connected and followed the intrucstions. But when I turn it on it makes this buzzying sounds. I poped the hood and it seems to be coming from the inverter. Is this buzzing sound normal or is there a porblem with the instalation. This is the Platinum Neon Plasma Glow series. Thanks

A little buzz is normal from a power transformer (not inverter). I had a neon kit just like yours... going from 12v to 10,000v will make a little buzz.

Just be careful that your wires arent anywhere where they may wear-away the insulation over time... happened to my buddy... 10,000v shorted to the frame of his car... at least it sounded kinda cool.

dude... that comment about the underglow sitting under your bed..... i wanna get an underglow kit and put it under my bed.... that'd be a neat effect! maybe i'll lower it and put a body kit on it... hmmmm... lol sorry bout the thread jack.. i may be ADD

mine did that for a couple days after i put mine on but went away eventually......dunno why it did it though

Do like I did and put some split wire loom on the wires, then secured the ends on the tube(s) with electrical tape (the waterproof kind... unless all electrical tape is waterproof.. sorry, I'm insanely sleepy right now =P).
