Body Kit Question.....Tabasco Racing
Thursday, April 07, 2005 3:28 PM
I was looking at the drift kit from Tabasco Racing. It says minor mods required. What kind of mods does this mean? And can anyone tell me if the kit is fiberglass or urethane or what it is made out of? If it's f/g, can anyone tell me where to get a urethane drift kit? Thanks, Jay

Urethane drift kits aren't available at this time, Tabasco's is fiberglass. If you want a urethane one, sign up for the GP in the GP forum, as soon as there are 50 people on the list, they can start making them.

Minor mods required means that no fiberglass kit fits perfect, and will need body work.

anytime you have a question, dont be afraid to drop us a line. i promise we dont bite

anyway, all of our kits are fiberglass unless otherwise noted. and the majority of our kits are either wayson or vis made, so fitment isnt an issue. the "minor mods" usually refers to the 00-02 body kits. most of them are 95-99 kits that will need trimmed to fit the 00 headlights. this is a very common and easy mod and you can find out how to do it either by searching on this site, or emailing me. we include pictures with our instructions.

i hope that helps....if not just let me know.
