as the topic says how the heck to you take apart M3 mirriors i need to get them apart...and i also need to know how to get the l.e.d light out......and does anyone know if they make replacement leds for them.....

find the fasteners and start taking them off, as for the LEDs you'll have to figure out how they work electrically
buy new ones, its cheaper...
pop off the mirror itself and then you will have access to the l.e.d. Replacements, if you find some let me know because i need one to.

i tried to get new leds for two weeks. i was in constant email with cust service from apc, and they don't make the replacement leds. the only thing they told me is that they could send me replacement wiring harnesses.
so now, i say.....eff APC.

Yep, APC stuff (especially the M3 mirrors) are CRAP! I am on my 2nd set and the LED's are malfunctioning AGAIN.
My APC projector headlights are another story too...

Why not take the original led and try to match it with similar size ones, would that work.
