Clear/Blue Fog Lights

alright, so i'm sick of them amber fog lights. i either want them clear or blue.

(2001 silver sunfire, fyi )

anyways i was debating with myself to go to autozone, pick some up for $70, or go to a junkyard, and grab some off a GT for like $20.

i know it's a lot cheaper, but is there a quality difference?

thanks in advance! comments more than welcome!!!

get the clear ones off a 96-99 gt.. than go to autozone and get those bulbs that are blue but light up orange.. than when there off they have a bluish tint to them

I would suggest just getting them brand new from a Pontiac dealer because chances are if you're even lucky enough to find them in a junkyard they're probably going to be yellowed and dingy.

As far as bulbs go, I have APC Icy Hot Super White bulbs and they are very blue when they're not lit and when they are lit, they are bright white with a blue tint. I got them at Auto Zone for about $5.00. I highly recommend them as I have yet to have any problems with them burning out or anything like that.

F.Y.I. (not to sound b*tchy or anything) they are considered front bumper lights (turn signals, etc.) not fog lights . The 2000-2002 Sunfire GTs and the 2003+ Sunfires are the only ones that have actual factory fog lights.
