Replacing torn windshield weather stripping

The rubber trim that goes around the windshield is torn on my car and I want to replace it because it's bugging me and making my car look ghetto. Is this something I could do on my own or should it be done by a body shop or something? Also, is this is a part I should buy new or get from a junkyard to avoid getting a$$ raped by the dealer? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

the type of molding our car uses, the glass actually has to be cut out for it to be replaced. i looked to fix a friends car at my job, one of the mechanics used to work at a glass place. take it to a glass shop, like safelite or something. they should be able to getcha up and running for like 50 bux.
