I got new head lights for my GFs Cavalier at the yard and need to get off the black mounting brackets but I dont know how to get them off. there looks to be two 11mm bolts on the back but only one will come off, then there are two long studs. The headlights I got were MINT but the brackets were broke so I need to either swap the lenses or whole head light assembly which is what I would rather do. So how do I get these things off?

Are you talking about the pieces that sit on top of the radiator support that gets screwed down? Look at the back of the headlight, there should be 2 or 3 screws...it comes right off and you have a bare headlight. When I had projectors, I swapped my stock brackets onto those and didn't have a problem.

I really need to know how to get these things off, I tried the bolts but they just spin, what about the threaded rods?

there stripped just undo the 13mm bolts on each side and start jiggling them they'll come out
