Can anyone tell me if I can get all the hardware for manual door locks/handles (interior and exterior) from the dealer and if so about how much would it cost? Or would it be best to replace the doors or just go to a junk yard?

you would be better off to but new doors. Sell the shaved ones, buy new ones. I mean, yes it is possible, but why go through all of that work.

If you can find someone to swap with, then that would probably be the simplest solution. But if you can't find someone, and you want to just go ahead and try to reinstall door handles, then you might want to try to just put handles off of a different car, like Spydarfire did with Dodge Neon rear door handles. The benefit to doing something like that is that those door handles come as a complete unit that you could pretty much just cut a hole in your door, fab up some small L mounting brackets, and screw them in.
