I am wondering if this is just the lower peice or the whole bumper. Also if i can get this anywhere else. I have a ls cavalier and need a new bumper and hood. How ever I want to make it look better and be able to drive in the wiinter.

the only thing is this the full bumper?
im pretty sure it's just an add on lip, but i don't know that for sure.
