I'm not sure if this is in the right forum. but anyways the guy that normally changes my oil washed my engine bay and now i have water spots on my polished intake. i tried wiping it with windex and a terry cloth but it didnt work. He probably used some kind of chemical and now i can't get the spots off. any suggestions?

You can simple green and a rag. Just don't let it sit on the intake for long and rinse completely.
if its polished mothers will rub it right out I do mine a few times a year...just rub it till its black then polish it off with a clean rag...works wonders
