On the 95-99 toyota tails, is it possible to make the red brake light parts clear? Is the color part a separate plastic, just a interior coating, or is the entire plastic resin dyed?

Because it's too much red for a red car. I like the shapes and the black outlines but I think the lenses would look better clear on my car.

id imagine youd damage the tail more trying to get it all out then the trouble would be worth
i have a red car and i have 95-99 toyo tails... i recommend keeping em red.. it looks awesome
Matt - got any pictures of your car's ass? I have some kinda APC tails on my car now and they are all clear on the outside and it looks nice but the quality sucks and there's water damage in one of them. I really like those toyota tails but it's hard to picture what they'd look like on my car.

how about the 00+ toyo tails. their not all red, they are clear on the outside where the orange part is on the 95-99. the 00+ look better imo
I like the frame on the 95-99 tails better. Overall I think they're better for any car... but having a red car with lotsa red in the lenses is a bit scary... at least till I see what it really looks like.
