hey i was thinking of trying to make some custom tailight covers so i was wonder what the rk sport headlamp covers were made from so i can get a idea of what kind of plastic to get. Also can anyone tell me if theres a site online that sells the plastic sheets i could use. thanks
you can go to home depot and pick up some lexan. as for what rk sport headlamp covers were made from...i dont know.

man i picked up some lexan and couldnt get it to bend right with the heat gun and it kept getting wavy and i just gave up, any tips.
Make a mold of what you want out of clay and bake it, then melt the lexan around it
