I have searched this and i know i saw it before on here. I'm just not able to get it to come up. On the ls sport bumper i know there is a way to cut out the big opening i saw it on a car here , and was wondering if anyone knows how to do it. or can send the post.
If you're talking about just modifying the plastic bumper then cut away with some clippers/small saw. But when you get down to the part where you want to stop cutting i would use a razor to get a clean look. Be aware that the bumper is actually black plastic with your body color painted over it, so you would probably need some touch up paint to clean it up a little.
