i am having a problem with the tails i was using that website
http://members.shaw.ca/toyota_cavalier/tailshowto.html and i am still having a problem after following the instructions the single light still acts as the breaklight and the turn signal i cant seem to get the turn signal to function at all...any suggestions would be great....

update both lights are working now....only problem is when breaking the turn signal and break light both light up

did you cut the (white?) wire under the cover by the turn signal?
that sounds like it could be the problem
or maybe youre low on blinker fluid
yeah that is the problem...you need to take off the steering column cover between your guages and your steering wheel and look for the grey harness on top of the column..then cut the white wire... it should be the first wire on the left side of the harness
yea i posted that i fixed that but my internet screwed up and it didnt get posted...the problem i have not is the break light is extreamly dim..any suggestions btw i did change the bulb...no luck thanks a lot all!

is the parking light brighter ??
might have wired it up backwards
you either wired it upbackwards .. OR you didnt do a good job wiring them and they dont have a good connection
yea...right now the wires are just twisted together just making sure everything fits right so hopefully it will brighten up when everything is connected. thanks for the help
