HOW-TO.....LS Sport Cavy F&R air dams installa
Wednesday, May 18, 2005 6:51 PM
Hi friends. I remember some time ago when many people, including me, ask about how to install 2002 Cavalier LS Sport front and rear dams or valences. Inclusive during this days, with all those body kits available, many friends of JBO are still doing similar questions for the mentioned dams.

Then, I want to share some info that I have collected from my installation, making a small "How-to", trying to help you guys in this task.

Check it here

Comments and pics are welcome.

Regards,

Friend that is my actual spare tire. Is a 16"x4" donut spare tire from a Lincoln Town Car.
And yes the 16" tire goes inside the space of original 14" one without any issue.

Well more or less $1800. Take in account that yunk yard prices in my country are really expensive compared to USA.
Ok that price inludes:
.- new front PBR calipers (mines are a little bigger than Baer ones),
.- used rear calipers,
.- new front & rear rotors,
.- custom rotors work (slotting),
.- new front & rear Hawk HPS pads,
.- new custom front calipers, rear crossmember and rear calipers SS brake lines,
.- custom e-brake cables,
.- custom spare tire adapter,
.- used donut spare tire,
.- all brackets, special bolts, nuts, retainers and all the work and installation.

Friend, for you would be cheaper because you can find and buy parts in USA without expensive shipping costs and the parts in yunk yards are cheaper than in my country. Inclusive many parts of my brake setup had been bought in the states, front calipers, pads and SS lines.
