Alright first their was tar than their was WD-40 now their are little spots like you can look on the side of the car and it stands out, like it's not clear coated on it, but you look up close they are like little scratches...
Will a Buff job make this look better you think and.... like what kind of stuff do I need to get, plz help.. I think it makes my car look bad, everyone else barely notices.. BUT STILL...
