hey guys just got my drift kit in for my fire, well a few prob. already, first the sides skirts are both like a 1/4" too short??? anyone have this prob? also the rear doesn't want to fit just right i have shaved about an 1/2" or so off the entire crush gaurd and still wont fit, how did everyone mount the rear??? sorry for all the questions but want this on
You'll probably have to shave most of the rear crush guard off, I had to.
As for the side skirts, I'm not sure. Try to make sure you are putting them on right. I've heard of people having to cut them in half and fiberglass them longer.

Buy stuff from CarCustoms Ebay! Won't be disappointed!
I had to cut my ends off my side skirts and re-fiberglass them. Wasnt that much work. I did it with just me and jason (aplusperformance one) It took a couple days but it works fine.
Chris,
Many people misguide and think the side skirts dont fit. If it just about 1/4" space then they will fit. We have put on side skirts that were like 1" off without cutting them or anything like that. first of all you have to make sure all your stock sides skirts and the wheel well plastic is not UNDER the side skirt.. u have to pull it and put on top of the fiberglass skirt. also dont be afraid to put a little heatgun to the ends of the sides .. they will stretch a little. as for the back you need to take off quite a but of the crash guard. like i said weve put on many of these and never had to cut a side skirt in half, just take time.
hope it helps

my sides were @!#$ when i got mine. i put everything on but the side because they were so warped. the rear i just took the crush gaurd off. there was so much gone already i just drilled out the rivets and threw it away
chris got any pics?? i am loookin at getting the drift kit as well just havent seen many pics of it.. Also where did u get it from and how much? thanks
yeah I too ended up just taking the whole damn crush guard off in the back. I cut the heck out of it trying to get it to fit and then finally said screw it and cut it off. Save your self some time and just cut the thing off right away. As for the side skirts when I got mine they were over an inch too short there was no way that they were going to stretch so we cut them in half and added in a section. They were also warped so we had to cut twist and reglass them so they laid flat against the contour of the car.
ok guys quick update for you, just got the rear on last night a about 11 pm, after workin on the rear since like 9, well front went on like a dream once i cut the crush gaurd alil', but the rear i have took almost all of it off to realize that i need to cut the bumber! on the rear it comes down and curves under sorta, well thats hittin the bumber frame and theres no way aroung it so im just cuttin it off plus it may look better, lol... as for the sides we have stretch them as much as i could with out breaking them and still no fit plus the cut buttin up against the car is soo freakin wavy! and warped (both) so i guess im cutting them and adding a section..
