well first you need to word your first question better. brake light on the back of my dash?? i have no clue what your talking about
as for the abs, you might have a bad harness
brake light on my back dash you know where the 6 x9s are...
but really its not a prob anymore cause i replaced the bulb and the lights on the brake light on back dash and everythings ship shape...
it seems that for some reason now my abs lights is staying off... i was just wondering what could have caused it to come on from time to time.
well thanks.

for future reference its the 3rd brake light on the rear deck. not being a dick just trying to clear up confusion.
Well on the abs i had a similar problem with this on a different car might wanna check your wires where they plug into the back of the rotor. Not sure if its the same place as the cavys but on mine the wires were touching the axel when ever i turned the wheel. This then burned straight threw the wire. If thats the case you probably need to replace it and then zip tie it up higher so this would not happen again. Hope that helps ya out
well the light has not come back on and i check the driver side tonight when i was takin out the bong... good lord that plastic bong is huge.

my nissan pickup truck had the same problem with the abs brake light coming on at random times.... it was happening because the sensors werent reading correctly thus making the truck think its abs wasnt working.
i actually had that problem after i had some painting done last summer, the abs light was on, the guy was like its just cuz of being in the shop, its happened before, if it doeseng go away in a day or two, bring it to the dealer, and have them fax us the estimate. it went away a couple hours later on my end...
but if your brake light is staying on, and the abs light is on, that lil plunger sensor might be busted...i know those things do go after enough abuse, we swap em out at my job all the time.
