So I thought I would give this stuff a try since I heard good things here and the back of the box promised that the wax was technologically superior to all others and would fill in my scratches and make the paint new again...
What a load of BS.
My hood has very slight swirl marks / scratches in it from taking it to the car wash back when I had no idea what I was doing (the rest of the car has since been repainted, except the roof). This stuff did not even TOUCH them. A day after waxing it ,the scratches are back in full force.
Any suggestions what to use to get rid of them (or at least lighten them up)?
This "nano" technology is no better than any other wax in my opinion.

How small should my circles be, and how long do I need to leave it on the car? I have been doing this in the shade as instructed, doing maybe 2" circles in little rows, waiting for the wax to film up somewhat, then rubbing it off in opposite circles like Mr.Miyagi trained me...

waxing wont take all the scratches out you need to get scratch remover or a rubbing compound
the nano wax does seem to make the color look richer on a car in my oppinion. but the meguires, as recommened above, should give a bit more help with scratches. you might also want to try mother's claybar on the trouble areas. right after i got my cavalier the hood was like one big area of swirls, the claybar helped alot. as much as these products can cover up such imperfections, the effects are far from perminent and you will have to keep up with it on a regular basis.
Either Tech Wax or Scratch X if Tech doesn't work.
Meguires Scratch-X. Works like a charm. If that doesn't do it, it'll have to be done professionally.
I may not be the sharpest crayon in the box, but at least I'm a pretty color
i think the eagle one rocks. it fills in all of my hairline scratches. im not expecting it to fill in large scratches. i think it does its job like they promise. its all i use.
WAX does not do anything for scratches swirl marks or any imperfections its just used to seal the paint an keep it shiney an protected, you need to polish it .... i used meguiars....theirs tons of different ones from their line to use...
On my car I used #9 meguiars Swirl remover then used #26 High Tech Yellow carnuba wax. Looked like glass after I was done.
My 2 bits,
Neo throw in NXT before the 26 an you will be amazed
I've always heard don't apply waxes, polishes, etc in swirls because it promotes swirl marks. Anyone disprove this theory?
