ok, so ive see nthese wonderfull projection lights for the cav, but not the sunfire? WTF is the problem here? does anyone know of any different headlights for the fire? and tail lights, i seen a guy on cardomain with clear ones, they looked OEM, but clear. i dont even know were to look anymore. if anyone knows anything, let me know. thanx!

only thing available for 95-02's are some really funky lookin tails from APC. I'm not a fan Everything else is made on their own...

I'm currently having custom projectors made by a fellow org member but it's not cheap. If you want info, let me know. By the way, I have an 03 Sunfire, not 02 and below headlights.

And yes, the 02 and below tails are terrible...i would say keep your stocks or get them and paint them or modify them somehow.

We sell the clear lenses for the sunfire and can make the headlight also, but they are not cheap.

@ White Boy: Any plans to make clear taillights (like the ones Pro Car Parts has for Cavaliers) for the '95-'02 Sunfires? I would definitely be interested in those. Would it be possible to just replace the headlight lenses with the clear ones you sell? Would this affect the light output at all? I don't really want the projectors, but I was thinking it might look good to have the clear lenses.

if you put clear lenses on your headlights without projectors, it'll screw up your light output really bad. the lines are on there to disperse the light properly.

im working on some sets of projectors for some people right now, but i am going to start working on some custom sunfire taillights very soon. as soon as get close, ill post pix up for everyones opinions.

Not sure how everyone feels about andysautosport.com but they have a few other tail lights to choose from and not the crappy kind either they have like 4 kinds with the clear plastic cover and different backings on the inside, they look alot cleaner and nicer.

I still dont get it and never will understand why nobody decides to make parts for the 95-02 sunfire ?? It would be such a huge market. All those years with almost No other aftermarket parts...geez

yea. especially since the sunfire was the "performance" version of the two. glad i bought a cavalier.

WB...what kind of price tag are we talking for the 95-02 projectors?

The reason no ones makes tail for us, is the lense extends beyond the actual bucket itsel, meaning depending on which side of the tail you are looking at there is between 1/2 and about 1 1/2 inches of lense that are just hanging out, so if you made a clear lense you would see through to the back of the car, which wouldnt look right. I am very near finishing some severly custom tails that i think you guys may enjoy using angel eyes rather than bulbs, i will also have no lense on them. Stay tuned for pics i may have one finished by the weeks end, lots of glasswork to do yet. O an as far as projectors go, i made mine years ago, as did john piparo, and there as i see many others that will make them for you no. There arent as many that offer the clear lense style i and a few others have(which i prefer) but they are around.

...like NJs Honda Killer said tho...they're not cheap

i have been working on a set of '03-'05 for a while. this has to be one of my greatest challenges yet. here are some pictures of the progress. this is just a sneak peek. when the owner is ready, he'll show you guys the outcome.









please remember, this is only half way finished. i am still working on 4 other lights at the same time. oh, sorry they aren't the '00-'02's. i haven't received any stock lights yet for those.

Those are 03-05 CAVALIER headlights.. I think you still are the only 03+ sunfire with them.. for now
