Ok heres my story
Was between jobs for about a month and a half and in the mean time i still had to come up with 1,200 dollars for payment and insurance and some bills, so in order to pay that my car pretty much went back to stock again, and yes it was very depressing. But now im back and am starting over going a different way though. So heres where i need the opinions, the car is a 00 2dr white cav. Im gonna do type J front and rear, street fire sides, and either extractor or invader hood, now my question is should i do a cf trunk or will it look like a cow with white car, black hood and black trunk. Oh and for rims im doing 18" konig holes. Now next question is after i get input on wether to do cf trunk or not what spoiler would look good? Im thinking WW commando spoiler. If its the stock trunk, if its the cf trunk im thinking cf prostock. Opinions?

I would go with a cf hood and trunk. Then paint the top of the car black and the sides to were the windows stop. That way it looks like a two tone. And a cf spoiler is a must. As black or dark rims would look good.
Just a reccomendation...If you plan at anytime down the road to get vertical doors, dont go w/ the streetfire skirts. I have been fighting w/ them for clost to a month now on mine. I finally got fed up w/ it, and just cut about an inch off of the part right in front of the doors as a temp fix. I am in the process right now of deciding if I am gonna get em professionally shaved/painted, or if I want to change to the Type-J skirts. Just thought I would let ya know.
I dont plan on doing vertical doors at all. I dont plan on painting either because i like a nice looking white car with a cf hood, but ive never seen one with a cf trunk too so i dont know if itll still flow or break it up too much.
wow good call! that would look kinda evo ish i like it! In that case i might as well get my trunk lock shaved cause instead of buying shaved fg trunk i will have the oem fitment with the shaved lock, plus it wont cost that much for paint or what not cause the trunk is only so big. I like your idea though on the top part.....oohhhhhh beeeennnnnnnnn...... lol

i think the carbon trunk would look good but can you shave a carbon trunk? and could you get the trunk already shaved in carbon? on top of that i would get the prostock wing in carbon also, i think it looks tight as hell

I can get the cf trunk from JSP which has a shaved lock. And i plan on doing konig holes which are black with polished lip. So whats the overall consenses here do a cf trunk or not? im kinda half and half on the prostock wing, it looks nice from an angle but straight side shot it looks like a bench. correct me if im wrong?
think theres still a delay? i wont be getting one if at all for another month and a half
