Z24 bumper

I have a white 98 cavalier, i wnat to put on the z24 bumpers and side skirts to make it a bit nicer though. Does anyone know if they will fit right on? also is htere any difference between the 98 and 99 z24 front bumpers? thanx

Does anyone know if the black parts of the bumber are removable?
