i was thinking of putting blue pearl in with my clear coat and spraying it over the black primer.

is that even possible though?

Anything is pretty much possible... though not always a good idea. I'd spray on some black base and either:

1. If you know how to, mix the pearl in with an inter-coat clear (inner-coat clear, whatever), then your normal regular clear over that. or:

2. If you're not familiar with inter-coat clears... mix the pearl in with the black base, then clear.

It's not a good idea to put pearl in with a final top coat clear. If you have to wetsand and buff it out... it could mess a lot of things up.

well shyt that works for me as long as the black stays flat ( not shinny or reflective in any way) but yet you see the sparkle from the pearl or matalic.

thanx for the tips and info bro
