i see a lot of cars that have one wiper and i want to know how i can do that or is there a kit i can buy. can some one let me know whats going on
i have a 05 two door cavy
why not it looks like a scca car with one wiper
but its not.
and i was at the scca nationals at watkins glen this weekend, and i didn't see one car witha single wiper

I normally dont do this sort of thing because I believe its your car and if you like it go for it but in this case I have to agree. For the love of all that is holy dont do it.

You should do a front seat 1 seatbelt mod. Make sure you remove the drivers side belt.......................that would be about as cool as a 1 wiper mod, serves the same purpose, removing a vital part of the car that helps you.

He's not asking for oppinions, he just wants to know how. When he notices how hard it is to see when it rains, and that it only works a small portion of his windsheild, he'll put it back to stock.
In order to make a 1 wiper mod, just remove the driver side arm by removing the black cap, and pulling quite hard on the arm to get it off the center pin. Then just take the 22" wiper blade and put it on your passanger side arm, and you bad to go.

Just go commando and rip out the wipers and windshield fluid reservior.

ths is the stupidest mod ever....the wiper just looks broken...not cool
your going to need to shave down your passenger side arm too. there's like 2 almost clip looking sidse on the wiper where it goes around the gear. you need to shave both of those off in order to fit it back on the gear. if you don't it won't go back on the gear right and you will have major problems. also you will need to get some sort of cap or plug for the windshield washer line. if you plug it, then it will be better because with a cap they just fly off when you use your fluid.
also... make suer that you re-mount the passenger side arm so that it is atleast 9 inches or so up off of the original spot. if you don't then you won't have clearance.
your driver side stock is only 21"... i find it's better if you go out and buy a 22" blade... lets you see more and covers more of the windshield.
don't be stupid like some people and throw out your driver arm... you WILL need it when you go to get your inspection... just an fyi if you didn't already kno.
