will these be able to work on the four door. i think i might of got one on mistake or something. maybe my shock just got weak. they are mms. first i was sent 750, then the mistake was corrected and they sent different ones. there was no sticker that showed the rating on it. i have one shock that barely lifts itself up. and the other you have to lift up, but it isn't hard. i want to know can i use a 650 cause id rather have it where it dosent lift up, and so it'll stay down where my friends won't miss the striker.
it sounds like it would stay down, but i dont think it will stay up. let us know the updates if you do it. good luck.

friends are gonna have a hard time closing the door at first. in my opinion 650lb will be to light.. i think after some use the doors won't even stay up. i would suggest going with the 700lbs. after a week or two of using them everyday they are easier to pull down and they don't shoot right up when you open it
they work just fine i have them on my four door and they do stay up in the air
^^^ how long have you had them?
thats the thing though. they are the 700 lbs. struts. Ive had them since march. the passenger side strut pretty much gotten softer, but the driver side strut still goes up like i put it on yesterday. I got tired of holding the door down to close it, so i put the passenger side strut on the drivers side & vice versa. I like it this way, but when someone else opens my pass. door they have to dodge the door. well i guess ill just try the 650, thanks adam
i have had mine for a couple of months, and they are not hard to shut, even for people who have never done it, they work just fine
