Can't beat a CBD Turbo Sport carbon fiber hood for $325.
Turbo Sport hood
I'm planning on painting it, so I'm not worried about the fact its a b-grade hood. It was still cheaper than buying the fiberglass one through Gravana.
just better hope you get it. he only has 6 feedbacks and some arent good
Grade B
YOu got ripped.

This hood has several patches of air bubbles and a few weave defects, and is sold as b-quality
you saved quite a bit of money, but the question is: are you going to be happy with a hood that has noticable defects? you're getting what you paid for i guess.
like i said, it will be getting painted, so that will cover up any defects in the weave or air bubbles.

The feedback they received happened May 24th of last year. That is more than a year ago. Only feedback left a year or less ago shows up in that chart.
why would you buy a carbon fiber hood to paint it? also what if the defects arent in the weave but in the gapping between the hood and the fender if it aint perfect you are gonna know it.

umm cause that CF hood is still cheaper then a fiberglass hood...its comin out to like 325 shipped, that aint bad at all for a hood especially that hood
Even with paint just hope it doesnt get that heat fade through. Yeesh that would suck.
Even pure genius is born out of insanity.

because your suppost to paint it. cf is just the type of material like fiberglass. people just happen to like the design in the weave and choose not to paint it. its meant to be painted just like any other part.
Well, I got the hood today. I looked it over and it does have a fare share of bubbles, but I will be having it painted the same color as my car. I test fitted the hood and it fits as good as the stock hood. The fitment is much better than the VIS hood that I had. Now I'm just waiting for my Wings West W-Type kit that I picked up off of ebay, then my baby is going into paint!
to the last post.... also when it comes to feedback if you recieve a neg feedback it will earse a positive feedback that you have recieved and will make it very hard to get it back up.
